One Bedroom Apartment with Artist’s Studio in Marfa, Texas

Marfa House is offering for long-term lease (minimum one-year rental) an unfurnished one-bedroom second-floor apartment in central Marfa. The space may be rented furnished, if desired.

The apartment includes:

  • private bedroom
  • en-suite bath with shower
  • large living/dining room space with an alcove which can accommodate a second full-sized bed
  • hallway office area with ethernet connection availability
  • small kitchen with cooktop, sink, disposal, and 3/4 size refrigerator/freezer

The living space has a large gas-fired fireplace in the living room, forced-air heating, and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and washer/dryer.

For an addition to the rental rate, the space can include a studio space of approximately 135 square feet located on the first-floor level with ceiling fan, lighting and electric outlets, and access to a first-floor toilet. The studio has both interior and exterior access.

The artist studio space may also be rented separately from the residential space.

No off-street parking is provided for either the living space or artist studio.

The residential apartment is unfurnished, but may be rented furnished for a rental supplement.

Utilities (electric, city water/wastewater, and internet) are the responsibility of the tenant.
