El Balcon is a second-floor bedroom efficiency with a King-sized bed (that may also be configured as two twin beds, if the guests prefer), which has a private entrance from the Marfa House front balcony. It has a private en suite bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, and a coffee maker and seating with a reading light. Balcony seating is right outside the entrance, which has key-pad entry.
El Balcon has a ceiling fan and efficient mini split heating and cooling with remote control.
Guests of El Balcon have access to the Marfa House rear atrium with its large-screen TV, and the Gallery seating area, as well as the front balcony. El Balcon can be booked for $105 per night Sunday through Thursday, and for $115 on Friday and Saturday nights. A one-time $50 cleaning fee is charged per booking, together with state and local hotel occupancy taxes totaling thirteen percent. In addition a refundable $500 deposit is required.
