The Fronteriza is a first-floor apartment with a full kitchen/dining/living area, one bedroom with queen-sized bed and 24-inch Roku TV, and a large full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee-maker and bake oven.
Rates for Friday through Saturday are $150 per night plus applicable state taxes and a one-time cleaning fee of $50. Base rates for Sunday through Thursday are $130 per night. Other rates may apply for certain holidays or special events. Local and state occupancy taxes totaling thirteen percent are added to the listed rates, in addition to the cleaning fee.
