The La Junta is an efficiency apartment on the first floor with a queen-sized bed and a kitchenette with a dining set for two, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee-maker, and sink, and an en suite bath with shower. La Junta also features a Roku TV and blue tooth speaker.
Rates for La Junta for Friday through Saturday are $135 per night plus applicable state taxes, plus a one-time cleaning fee of $50. Base rates for Sunday through Thursday are $120 per night. Other rates may apply for certain holidays or special events. Local and state occupancy taxes totaling thirteen percent are added to our listed rates, in addition to the cleaning fee.
