La Ventana is an upstairs one-bedroom apartment with a queen bed and private bath, as well as a full kitchen, a fireplace, and Roku TV. It is located a short distance from downtown restaurants, shops, and galleries. Both WiFi and an ethernet connection are provided.
La Ventana has a minimum rental of four weeks, for longer term visitors to Marfa, and it can be rented for $200 per day, with a $200 one-time cleaning fee, plus taxes of 13 percent.
