Rates for Friday through Saturday: $165/per night plus applicable state taxes, plus a one-time $50 cleaning fee. Base rates for Sunday through Thursday nights are $145 per night with the one-time cleaning fee and taxes. Other rates may apply for certain holidays or special events. Local and state occupancy taxes are thirteen percent.
