Rio Concho is a second-floor bedroom efficiency with a King-sized bed (that may also be configured as two twin beds, if the guests prefer), which has a private entrance from the Marfa House front balcony.
Rio Concho has a private en suite bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a coffee station, mini-refrigerator, and a 32-inch Roku TV. Balcony seating with a view of downtown Marfa is right outside the entrance, which has keypad entry.
Rio Concho has a ceiling fan and efficient mini split heating and cooling with remote control, as well as a small gas fireplace. Guests of Rio Concho also have access to the Marfa House rear screened atrium with its large-screen TV, and to the gallery seating area on the first floor. Rio Concho can be booked for $115 per might Sunday through Thursday, and $125 per night on Friday and Saturday nights. A one-time $50 cleaning fee is charged per booking, together with state and local hotel occupancy taxes totaling thirteen percent.
