The Candelaria is a one bedroom/one bath second-floor apartment with a full kitchen and dining area and a separate living room with a Roku TV.
The kitchen/dining area has a full-sized refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, coffee-maker, and dishwasher, and is fully equipped for preparation and serving of meals. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large private bathroom with shower.

Rates for Friday through Saturday for Candelaria are $165 per night on Friday and Saturday nights and $145 per night on weeknights, plus a one-time cleaning fee of $50 and applicable taxes. Other rates may apply for certain holidays or special events. Local and state occupancy taxes totaling thirteen percent are added to the listed rates in addition to the cleaning fee.
