- Several of our apartments have externally vented gas fireplaces, and all of the apartments have efficient mini split air conditioning and ceiling fans.
- All units feature Roku TVs for guests’ enjoyment.
- A washer and dryer are available for guest use upon request to the host, Christa.
- All guests at Marfa House have access to our second floor balcony, front gallery, and screened atrium with large-screen TV.
Other Information
- No smoking, tobacco, or vape use is allowed anywhere on the Marfa House premises, including the balconies and atrium; any violation will result in assessment of a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
- We allow a maximum of four guests in our two-bedroom/two bath units unless special arrangements are made with the Manager.
- We cannot accommodate pets.
- No parties or events are allowed, subject to prior arrangements with the Manager
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out is at 12 noon. Late-arriving guests may check in with key codes the host/manager will provide to allow after-hours access to the hotel and your apartment via our lighted entry walkway.
