Booking Information
- We are currently booking eleven apartments available for shorter-term lodging: Pinto Canyon, Candelaria, Bosque Bonito, Fronteriza, El Balcon, Rio Concho, La Junta, La Ventana, Rio Bravo, Bandolero, and Los Cuates, and one apartment available only for long-term rental, Cimarron Loft.
- A deposit of the apartment rental and related fees is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded in full (net of any PayPal or similar fee charged to us at the time of initial payment) if a reservation is cancelled by 12:00 noon at least seven days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation after this time will result in the forfeiture of one night’s apartment rental rate.
- We may require a $500 damage deposit at the time of booking, which will be refunded in full following departure, in the absence of damage or loss to the premises and provided the space is left in orderly condition. Our Cimarron Loft apartment has different deposit and contractual requirements depending on the length of the rental term.
- A one-time cleaning charge (see each of our Accommodations for specific amount), payable at booking, is applied to our rentals.
- For our shorter term rentals, we require a two-night minimum; three-night bookings are required for certain holidays and local events. Weekly and longer-term rates are available.
- State and local taxes of thirteen percent are additional.
- We accept Pay Pal charges and personal checks.
